Hello! I'm Lisa.
My very first introduction and experience within the homecare sector came from providing carers to an NHS Trust for their patients in the community. Since, then I knew I wanted to make a difference to those who were vulnerable by helping them to enjoy life and promote happiness. This desire and the fact that I love a challenge motivated me to set up TLTP Care.
Making every patient and their family feel special and fully supported is extremely important to me in my work and I will go above and beyond for each and every one. I enjoy building and retaining relationships with clients and candidates. I hold my role with great responsibility and nothing motivates me more than receiving positive feedback from the clients we serve.
