Recently, we have been given a 9 out 10 customer review score from homecare.co.uk. We are delighted with this score and it’s a further emphasis to our commitment in providing the highest quality of care in a safe, dignified and professional manner.
Providing the same standard of care as you would to a loved one at home is our minimum expectation. We have always set our goals high and we will not except anything less.
These standards are also reflected in our recent inspection by the CQC, where by we were awarded with a GOOD status ‘Safe’ and ‘Well-led’.
We are extremely proud to support adults maintain their independence within their own home and seeing the extra lease of life this gives to families is the reason we’re so passionate about what we do.
